Position Description:
We are looking to fill the position of Executive Pastor with skills and experience and responsibility as follows: oversight of financial and business plan; input into Church vision and planning; Mgmt and development of staff and volunteer leaders; communications and preaching; seminar and new member training; coordination of church activities and ministries. Adv.degree from acceptable seminary or educ.inst. or equiv.experience. Ordination and prior full time Christian ministry preferred. |

Calvary Baptist Church (a member of the North American Bible Conference) is a Christ centered Church committed to ministry, Missions, Prayer and Evangelism. The church was established in 1908. Calvary Baptist Church is located in the Lehigh Valley (Eastern PA) (Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton) with a regional population of approx. 250,000. There is a planned expansion of the church in to a totally new facility and property with ground breaking for construction scheduled to begin by year end 2008. |
