Pastoral qualifications/Search Committee Pastoral - selection criteria available after June 1 electronically. KRC is looking for a spirit-filled pastor who loves Jesus Christ, the only source of our salvation and reconciliation to God, with an undivided heart and seeks an ever-deepening personal relationship with Him; one whose preaching and personal example reflect the truth that the Bible is God's inspired Word and the only authority in matters of faith and practice; one who believes in the miraculous power of prayer and "bathes" their ministry in it; one who will spiritually lead our church family into fulfillment of its stated mission, "To Know Christ and To Make Him Known"; and one who loves people.
